摘要
简要分析诺贝尔科学奖与基础研究人才之间的关系 ,初步探讨了我国在基础研究人才方面面临的问题 ,并提出一些相应的对策。我国要想实现诺贝尔奖零的突破 ,必须加大基础研究人才培养和扶植的力度 ,提高科技人员的创新能力。
On the brief analysis on the relation between Nobel Science Prize and basic researchers,it primarily probes into the problems in front of Chinese basic researcher,and puts forward correspondent countermeasures. if China wants to make breakthrough on Nobel Prize,it is necessary to strengthen fostering and support to basic researchers,and to improve their innovative capacity.
