摘要
本文观察了亚硒酸钠和视黄酸对人肝癌细胞株SMMC—7721生长和DNA合成的影响。发现视黄酸(1—101μmol/L)和亚硒酸钠(2.5~10μmol/L)能显著抑制细胞的生长,且对细胞生长的抑制作用呈现饱和性。当1μmol/L 视黄酸和2.5μmol/L亚硒酸钠合用时,对细胞生长和~3H—TdR掺入抑制有相加作用。且1μmol/L视黄酸抑制作用与2.5μmol/L亚硒酸钠作用相当。
The effects of retinoic acid and selenite on the growth and DNA synthesis of human hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 were studed. It, was found that retinoic acid (RA, 1-10μ mol/L) and selenite (Se 2.5-10μmol /L) inhibited cell growth markedly and their inhibitions were gradually saturated as the concentration of RA or Se were increased to a definite level When 1μ mol/L RA and 2.5μmol /L Se were used together, an additive inhibition on the cell growth or 3H-TdR incorporation rate into SMMC-7721 cell was found. The inhibition of 1μmol/L RA was similar to that of 2.5μ mol/L selenite on the cell growth and 3H-TdR incorporation when each of them was used alone.
