摘要
采用球囊导管阻塞胸主动脉,阻断血流17分钟,同时在近端支气管动脉水平注入抗癌药物——丝裂霉素。在给药后的1.5、10、17分钟分别检测胸主动脉和股静脉血药浓度。实验结果表明:在给药后的1、5、10分钟,阻断组胸主动脉血药浓度分别是股静脉血药浓度的8.0、2.0、1.4倍;非阻断组股静脉血药浓度分别是阻断组股静脉血药浓度的3.9、2.0、1.3倍,说明本法能显著而且比较持久地提高支气管动脉与肺动脉的抗癌药浓度。
By blocking thoraci aorta with balloon catheter, bolld flow was blocked for 17 minutes. Anticancer agent (MMC) was simultaneously infused with approach-ial artery. Blood level of MMC in thoracic aorfa and femoral vein was determined 1, 5, 10, 17 minutes after injection of MMC. The results showed that, in bolcking group, the bolld level of MMC in thoracic aorta 1, 5, 10 minutes- after infnsion was 8.0, 2.0, 14 times respectively as that in femoral vein. However in non-blocking group blood level of MMC in femoral vein was 3.9, 2. 0, 1.3 times respectively as that in blocking group. It was demonstrated that our method can remarkably increase the concentration of anti-cancer agents in the blood of bronchial artery and pulmonary artery.
