摘要
目的 :观察调血脂药 (氟伐他汀 )对冠心病患者QT离散度 (QTd及QTcd)的影响。方法 :冠心病患者随机分为二组 ,对照组予以常规抗心肌缺血治疗 ,治疗组在此基础上加用氟伐他汀 2 0～ 4 0mg/d ,共 6个月。结果 :治疗组QTc和QTcd、QTmax明显较对照组降低。结论 :氟伐汀能调整血脂代谢 ,同时缩短QT离散度 ,改善缺血心肌电不稳定性。
Objective:To explore the effects of fluvastain on QT dispersion(QTd and QTcd) in coronary heart disease(CHD) patients. Methods:Control group: 59 patients were treated with ACEI, vascular-dilating therapy, etc. Treatment group: 59 patients were treated with flavastatin(20～40mg/d)besides above methods; QTd, QTcd, QTmax, QTmin and blood liqid were measured before and after treatment. Results: There was significant difference between two groups after six months; Treatment group was found lower QTd, QTmax and QTcd. Conclusion:Fluvastatin can effectively decrease QTd, QTcd and QTmax, and improve the no stability of the ischemic myocardium electric.
