摘要
目的 :探讨人参皂甙Rg1 对体外培养的牛主动脉内皮细胞(BAEC)作用的适宜浓度范围。方法 :以体外培养的BAEC为模型 ,分别加入不同浓度的Rg1 作用 2 4h ,用台盼蓝染色后在细胞计数板上进行活细胞计数。结果 :①Rg1 浓度为 10 μg~ 40 μg/ml时 ,活细胞百分数为 97%~ 95% ,与对照组 (培养基中不含Rg1 )相比无显著性差异。②Rg1 浓度大于 40 μg/ml时 ,随着Rg1 浓度的升高活细胞百分数进行性减少 ,与对照组比较均有显著差异。结论 :人参皂甙Rg1 对体外培养BAEC作用的适宜浓度范围为 10 μg~ 40 μg/ml。
To investigate the appropriate content range of ginse noside Rg 1 on bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAEC) in culture media. Method: BAEC were incubated in culture media with ginsenoside of different content for 24 hours respectively.Trypan blue staining method was use d to determine the ratio of living cells.Results: ①The percentages of living cells were 97%~95% when th e contents of ginsenoside Rg1 were 10 μg~40 μg/ml and the difference in perce ntage was no significant compared with control group.②The percentage of living cells was decreasing corresponding to the increase of ginsenoside Rg 1 conten t when the content was larger than 40 μg/ml and the difference in percentage wa s significant compared with control group respectively. Conclusion: The appropriate content range of ginsenoside Rg 1 i n culture media of BAEC was 10 μg~40 μg/ml.
