摘要 研究了中澳几种煤热解过程中 HCN和 NH3 的形成。实验在一个固定床和滴落式的反应器中进行。 HCN和 NH3 气体分别用 Na OH溶液和 CH3 SO3 H溶液吸收 ,并用 Dionex 5 0 0型离子色谱测定。研究结果表明 ,随着温度的升高和加热速率的增加 ,煤热解生成 HCN和 NH3 的量相应增加 ,另外气体流速及煤的类型和粒径对生成 HCN和 NH3 The formation of HCN and NH 3 was investigated during the pyrolysis of coals from China and Australia under different experiment conditions. The experiments were carried out in both fixed bed and drop in reactors. The yield of HCN and NH 3 were determined with an ion chromatograph (Dionex 500) following their absorption in alkali and acidic solutions respectively. The effect of coal types, final temperature, heating rate, flowing rate, particle size on the formation of HCN and NH 3 were studied. The studies showed that the yields of HCN and NH 3 both increased with the increase of final temperature and heating rate. The flowing rate, coal types and particle size also had a strong effect on the yields of HCN and NH 3.
