摘要
Seed oil of \%Arctium lappa \%L. was extracted with hexane. After saponification and formation, the fatty acid components ofthisoilwasdeterminedbyCapillaryGC\|MS.14compounds were identifiedfrom thisoil and itsindex of unsaturation is 56.84%. Octadecanoic acid and oleic acid are chief components, and their relative contents are 50.21% and 32.56% respectively.
