摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定毛果杜鹃、岭南杜鹃、乳源杜鹃中槲皮素的含量。方法:用Hypersil C_(18)(250mm×4.6 mm,10μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(36:64),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为360 nm。结果:槲皮素在0.148 8~0.744 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=2 870.5X -4.181(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.62%。结论:本法简便,快速,灵敏,准确,重现性好,可作为含量测定方法。
Objective: A RP - HPLC method was established for the determination of quercetin in Folium Rhododendri seniavinii, Folium Rhododendri mariae and Folium Rhododendri lingii. Method: The Hypersil C18 (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 10 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitile -0. 1% phosphoric acid (36:64), the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1, the detection wavelength was at 360 nm. Results: The calibration curve of quercetin was in good linearity over the range of 0. 148 8 -0. 744 0 μg, and regression equation was Y = 2 870. 5X - 4. 181 (r = 1. 000 0). The average recovery was 98. 62% . Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used for quality control.
