摘要
目的研究提取青霉素和赖氨酸时乳化剂和载体的配伍性能。方法乳状液膜法。结果三辛胺TOA与Span 80配伍提取青霉素时提取率和溶胀率分别为 93 8%和 8 5 % ;二 (2 乙基己基 )磷酸脂 (D2EHPA)与Span 80配伍提取赖氨酸时提取率和溶胀率分别为 16 6 %和 4 5 0 %。结论三辛胺TOA与Span 80配伍性能很好 ,溶胀率较低 ,适合提取青霉素 ;二 (2 乙基己基 )磷酸脂(D2EHPA)与Span 80配伍性能尚好 ,对提取赖氨酸有利 ;N 2 6 3与Span 80匹配不佳 ,膜易破裂。液膜的溶胀不仅与乳化剂有关 ,还受载体、内外相化学位梯度等影响。在液膜配方及操作参数选择适宜的条件下 ,以Span 80作乳化剂 ,溶胀率可以达到很低 ,Span 80由于其低毒性不失为一种好的乳化剂。另外 ,载体专一性实验结果表明 :载体Aliquat
Objective To study on the compatibility between the emulsifiers and carries during the extraction of the PG and lysine.Method LEM.Results The extraction efficiency of the PG and the swelling efficiency were respectively 93 3% and 8 5 when the TOA and LMA 1 were in the membrane phase.The extraction efficiency of the lysine and the swelling efficiency were respectively 16 6% and 45 0 when the D2EHPA and Span 80 were in the membrance phase.Conclusions There is the best compatibility between the TOA and LMA 1,the swelling of the membrane is lower as well.The PG can be efficiently extracted by the LEM.There is a good compatibility between the D2EHPA and Span 80.The lysine can be efficiently extracted by the LEM.But the compatibility between the N 263 and Span 80 is not good,the membrane is easy to break.The membrane swelling is not only dominated by the emulsifier,but also effected by the carrier and the chemical potential gradient between the internal phase and the external phase.If the composition of the membrane and the extraction operating parameters are optimal,the swelling in the LEM system using the Span 80 as an emulsifier may be minimum.The Span 80 may be a good emulsifier because of the low toxicity.In addition,the specificity of the carrier was examined and we found that the Aliquat 336 as a carrier had a high specificity for the L phenylalanine with high hydrophobic performance.
