摘要
目的探讨陈旧性胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤的治疗方法。方法用侧前方减压术对37例陈旧性胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者进行手术治疗。结果37例患者的观察结果中,优17例,良8例。结论侧前方减压术进行陈旧性胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓伤减压是治疗该病的一种安全有效的方法;该手术方法直接、充分显露硬膜囊及神经结构,同时对脊柱的稳定性以及对脊髓和血供影响较小。
Objective To probe therapy method of old fracture of thoracolumbar spine with spinal cord injury.Methods Thirty seven cases were subjected to the operation of anterior lateral decompression.Results The observation results showed that the therapeutic effects were excellent in17cases,good in8case s.Conclusion Anterior lateral decompression is a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of old fracture of thoracolumbar spine with spinal cord injury,it may give a wide direct exposure to the cranial sac and neural structure,less affect spinal stability,blood supply and spinal cord.
