用褶合光谱法同时测定复方头孢氨苄胶囊中头孢氨苄和甲氧苄啶二组分的含量。头孢氨苄和甲氧苄啶的平均回收率分别为 10 0 .1% (RSD0 .35 % )和 10 1.0 % (RSD1.98% )
The convolution spectrometry was used to determine the contect of cefalexin (CEX) and trimethoprim (TMP) in compound cephalexin capsules at the same time. The average recoveries of CEX and TMP were 100.1% and 101.0%, with RSD of 0.35% and 1.98%, respectively.
