摘要
基于正交试验设计方法,系统研究了氧气流量、燃气流量和喷涂距离等喷涂工艺参数对超音速火焰喷涂Cr3C2-NiCr涂层冲蚀磨损性能的影响.结果表明:氧气流量、燃气流量和喷涂距离对2种冲蚀角度下涂层冲蚀磨损率的影响规律有所不同,在燃气流量为39.2L/min、氧气流量为421L/min、喷涂距离为205mm条件下,冲蚀角为30°时涂层的冲蚀率较低;而燃气流量对冲蚀角为90°时的涂层冲蚀率的影响受喷涂距离的制约,当氧气流量为444L/min、燃气流量为32L/min、喷涂距离为176mm时,相应的冲蚀率较低.
Based on the orthogonal regression experimental design method, the erosion wear performance of the high velocity oxygen fuel (abridged as HVOF) sprayed Cr3C2 -NiCr coatings deposited under different flows of both propane and oxygen and different spray distances, was systematically investigated. According to the relations achieved by second power orthogonal regression of the experimental results, the optimized spray conditions and spray parameters were obtained. It was found that the erosion rate of the HVOF Cr3C2 -NiCr coating at 30° jet angle was much higher than that at 90° jet angle. Moreover, the influence of spray parameters on the erosion rate at a jet angle of 30° differed from that at a jet angle of 90°. The changes of the erosion rate at 30° jet angle with the flow of both oxygen and propane and the spray distance were characterized by a convex curve. The coating with comparatively lower erosion rate at 30° jet angle was deposited under the conditions of the 421 L/min oxygen flow, the 39.2 L/min propane flow and the 205 mm spray distance. However, the effect of propane on the erosion rate at 90° jet angle of the coating was considerably dominated by the spray distance. The coatings with best erosion resistance at 90° jet angle was deposited under the conditions of the 444 L/min oxygen flow, the 32 L/min propane flow and the 176 mm spray distance. The coatings deposited in moderate flow of both oxygen and propane possessed comparatively higher erosion resistance. This might be attributed to the coating structure with comparatively small flake retaining higher amount of fine carbides.
