摘要
分析“中国制造2025”背景下,职业院校制造类专业人才培养存在问题,以南宁职业技术学院和广西机电职业技术学院为例,介绍产教协同培养制造类专业创新型人才的主要措施、创新之处和取得的成效,对深化校企合作,提升高职院校服务地方产业转型升级能力,提高高职教育的办学水平和办学质量,具有很好的应用推广价值。
This paper analysis the background of “Made in China 2025”,in view of the problems existing in the training of manufacturing professionals in vocational colleges, take Nanning College for Vocational Technology and Guangxi Technological College of Machinery and Electricity as an example, this paper introduces the main measures, innovations and achievements of the cooperative training of innovative talents in manufacturing specialty. It has good application and promotion value for deepening school-enterprise cooperation, improving the ability of higher vocational colleges to serve the transformation and upgrading of local industries, and improving the level and quality of higher vocational education.
