摘要
目的:观察异丙酚与右美托咪定静脉麻醉应用于异位妊娠腹腔镜手术治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取行腹腔镜手术治疗的90例异位妊娠患者,根据患者入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组45例。两组均采用全麻,术中维持麻醉对照组持续静脉泵入丙泊酚,观察组持续静脉泵入丙泊酚和右美托咪定,比较两组的麻醉相关指标与不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组唤醒睁眼时间、清醒时间、定向力恢复时间都明显优于对照组;不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:异丙酚复合右美托咪定静脉麻醉用于异位妊娠腹腔镜手术,安全有效、术后苏醒快、不良反应发生率降低。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intravenous anesthesia with propofol and dexmedetomidine in the laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Ninety cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscopy were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission.All the patients underwent general anesthesia,and besides,propofol and dexmedetomidine were continuously pumped in the observation group during operation while only propofol in the control group.The anesthesia-related indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The time requirements for wake up blink,waking and orientation recovery were significantly shorter and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous anesthesia with propofol combined with dexmedetomidine is safe and effective for laparoscopic operation of ectopic pregnancy,and has the advantage of quick postoperative recovery and low incidence of adverse reactions.
