摘要
焦炉加热交换控制系统是保障焦炉有效运行的关键环节,现有的工艺和控制措施不能有效保证交换过程会按照规程要求的顺序进行,研究实施双限位控制系统改造和双滑块人工监控,能够有效避免因工况异常导致的交换故障现象,保障焦炉加热交换系统安全平稳运行。
The coke oven heating exchange control system is the key link ensuring the efficient operation of coke oven, while the existing technology and control measures couldn’t effectively guarantee the exchange process follow the sequence required by the regulations. The study and implementation of double-location control system renovation and double-slider manual monitoring was carried out, then the exchange failure phenomenon caused by the abnormal operating conditions was avoided, and the safe, smooth operation of coke oven heating exchange system was ensured.
