摘要
目的了解2008-2017年北京市生殖道沙眼衣原体感染流行特征,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法用描述性流行病学方法对北京市2008-2017年各级医疗机构报告的生殖道沙眼衣原体感染疫情资料进行分析。结果生殖道沙眼衣原体感染报告发病率由2008年的3.65/10万增长到2017年的8.73/10万,年均增长率为10.18%。通州区年均发病率(13.18/10万)位居北京市第一。各年龄组(除20岁~组外)报告发病率不同,30岁~组年均发病率(13.25/10万)最高。2011-2017年,女性报告发病率和报告病例数均高于男性。发病例数主要分布在家务及待业(45.60%)、商业服务(11.76%)和不详(11.48%)等职业人群。结论北京市生殖道沙眼衣原体感染疫情呈逐年上升趋势,女性发病高于男性,建议相关部门采取有效防治措施。
Objective To investigate the epidemiologic features of genital Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct)infection in Beijing during 2008-2017 and to provide scientific evidence for developing control strategies.Methods A descriptive epidemiology study was conducted to analyze the epidemic information of genital Ct reported from medical institutions at all levels during 2008-2017.Results The reported incidence rate of genital Ct infection increased from 3.65 per 10^5 in 2008 to 8.73 per 10^5 in 2017,with the average annual morbidity rate of increase of 10.18%.The highest annual incidence in Beijing was 13.18 per 10^5 in Tongzhou district.The reported incidence rate of all age groups(except the 20-year-old group)was various.The annual morbidity rate was highest in the 30-year-old group(13.25 per 10^5).During 2011-2017,the reported incidence and the number of reported cases in women were higher than those in men.The number of cases is mainly distributed in domestic and unemployed occupations(45.60%),business services(11.76%)and unknown(11.48%).Conclusions The incidence of genital Ct infection in Beijing is increasing year by year.The incidence of the disease in women is higher than that in men.It is suggested that effective preventive measures should be taken by involved parties.
