摘要
文中基于现代物流企业,分析得到物流企业财务管理中存在着风险意识缺乏、监管体系不完善、从业人员水平较低、现金流不足及融资困难等问题。结合现代物流企业运行实际情况,提出建立财务管理风险控制指标体系、内审机构与外审机构相结合、建立专业财务管理队伍、优化物流企业现金流并进行特色融资方式的优化策略,以期助推物流企业健康发展。
Based on modern logistics enterprises,the analysis of the financial management of logistics enterprises has problems such as lack of risk awareness,imperfect management and supervision system,low level of employees,insufficient cash flow and financing difficulties.Combining with the actual situation of modern logistics enterprises,it is proposed to establish a financial management risk control index system,combine internal audit institutions and external audit institutions,establish a professional financial management team,optimize the cash flow of logistics enterprises and optimize the financing methods of special financing,with a view to boosting The logistics enterprise develops healthily.
