摘要
目的分析神经内科患者接受护理期间落实精细化管理的应用价值。方法该次研究针对目标为该院2018年1月—2019年1月神经内科收治患者87例,参照计算机抽选结果将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组辅以常规护理干预,观察组辅以精细化管理干预,统计并比较各组患者护理满意度差异,记录并计算两组患者出现并发症及意外情况的发生概率。结果观察组护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且发生并发症、意外情况的概率较对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。结论神经内科开展精细化管理护理服务效果更佳,能够提高患者满意度,预防并发症及意外事件,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of implementing fine management in neurology patients during nursing.Methods The purpose of this study was to treat 87 patients with neurology in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.The results were divided into observation group and control group by computer sampling.The control group was supplemented with routine nursing intervention.Observation group was supplemented by refined management intervention,statistics and comparison of differences in nursing satisfaction between groups,recorded and calculated the incidence of complications and accidents in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the probability of complications and accidents was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neurology has a better effect on the implementation of refined management care services,which can improve patient satisfaction,prevent complications and accidents,and is worth promoting.
