摘要
随着经济的发展,各种水文、水利工程的建设数量逐渐增多,规模逐渐变大,使得相关水文资料搜集、整理工作变得十分重要。同时,水文测验是基础性工程,对于建筑工程项目设计具有一定的参考价值,且对水文资料质量具有较大影响。因此,做好水文监测工作,对水文资料质量提升具有重要意义。由此,本文首先从水文监测技术、水文监测环境、水文监测设备和水文监测人员四方面分析水文监测工作对水文资料质量的影响,然后探讨推动水文资料质量提升的策略,包括提高水文检测技术、建立健全水文管理制度、加强水文检测设备管理及提高工作人员整体素质等,以最大限度地减小水文测验工作对水文资料质量的不利影响,保证水文资料质量。
With the development of economy,the number and scale of hydrological and water conservancy projects are increasing,which makes the collection and collation of hydrological data very important.At the same time,hydro?logical test is a basic project,which has a certain reference value for the design of construction projects,and has a great impact on the quality of hydrological data.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the quality of hydro?logical data to do a good job of hydrological monitoring.Therefore,this paper firstly analysed the impact of hydrologi?cal monitoring on the quality of hydrological data from four aspects:hydrological monitoring technology,hydrological monitoring environment,hydrological monitoring equipment and hydrological monitoring personnel,and then dis?cussed the strategies to promote the quality of hydrological data,including improving hydrological monitoring tech?nology,establishing and improving hydrological management system,and strengthening the quality of hydrological data.The management of hydrological testing equipment and the improvement of the overall quality of staff can mini?mize the adverse impact of hydrological testing on the quality of hydrological data and ensure the quality of hydrologi?cal data.
