摘要
针对发电厂由纯凝机组改造的供热系统中普遍存在抽汽参数远远大于供热蒸汽、供热蒸汽压力能损失严重的问题,提出在供热系统中设计引入小背压机以代替原有的减温减压器。通过将供热抽汽汽源送至小背压机中膨胀做功,拖动发电机发电或拖动引风机变速运行,回收利用供热蒸汽的压力能,提高供热系统的效率。以某发电厂为研究对象,评估小背压机改造的技术可行性和经济性,为同类型供热机组系统优化改造提供参考。
The steam extraction parameters far exceed the thermal supply steam parameters and thermal supply steam pressure energy suffers great loss in thermal supply system transformed from straight condensing unit,this paper proposes to introduce small back pressure turbine in thermal supply system to replace the temperature-decreased pressure reducer.By sending the thermal supply extraction steam to the small back pressure turbine for work by expansion,dragging generators to produce electricity or induced fan for variant-speed operation to recycle pressure energy of thermal supply steam and improve the efficiency of thermal supply system.This paper evaluates the technical feasibility and economy of the small back pressure turbine in a power plant,providing reference for optimization of the same type of units.
