摘要
藏象学说是中医学理论的重要基石,也是中西医融会贯通的难点。本文通过母子相生、气血相关、神志相合、经络相通4个方面阐述心脾相关性,从物质基础、功能体现2个方面描述心脑关系,发现心、脑、脾三脏之间的关联性恰与脑-肠轴学说中消化道和中枢系统双向调节的生物学现象不谋而合,丰富了中医基础理论的现代内涵。
The doctrine of viscera is not only a cornerstone of TCM theory,but also the difficulty of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This article expounded correlation between heart-spleen theory from the aspects of viscera promotion,qi-blood correlation,balance of consciousness and mind,and meridian regulation,explained relationship between heart and brain from the aspects of material foundation and functional manifestations,and found that the correlation between the heart,brain and spleen coincides with the biological phenomenon of bidirectional regulation of the digestive tract and central nervous system in the brain-gut axis theory,which could enrich the modern connotation of TCM basic theory.
