摘要
为深入贯彻学习并落实党的十九大精神,各高校掀起了学习党的十九大精神的热潮,高校辅导员的思想政治教育工作也如火如荼的进行中。文中针对新形势下高校辅导员思想政治教育工作中出现的情况进行了一些深入讨论研究和分析,认为高校辅导员在思想政治教育工作中有着举足轻重的作用,更应深度挖掘辅导员在工作当中存在的问题,并提出解决方案,从而加强辅导员工作的效率。
To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC,different colleges/universities have started a craze to study the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC,and also the ideological and political education work of college counselors is going on like a raging fire.This paper deeply discusses,studies and analyzes the conditions in the work of ideological and political education of college counselors,and holds that college counselors have played a decisive role in the work of ideological and political education,and also it is required to deeply dig the problems of counselors in the work,and give corresponding solutions,so as to strengthen the working efficiency of college counselors.
