摘要
介绍磷石膏利用现状以及磷石膏的粒径、pH值、杂质类型及其不利影响,讨论磷石膏基超硫酸盐水泥存在的问题,总结目前常见的磷石膏改性方法及其优缺点,重点分析石灰中和改性的作用机理及预期效果,分析表明石灰中和改性有望提高磷石膏基超硫酸盐水泥的早期强度,改善碳化问题。
The status of phosphogypsum utilization is introduced.The particle size,pH value,impurities and their adverse effects are introduced and problems of phosphogypsum-based supersulfated cement are discussed.Then the modified methods of phosphogypsum and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.The mechanisms and expected effects of the neutralization with lime are analyzed emphatically.It is concluded that the neutralization with lime is expected to enhance the early strength and improve carbonization of phosphogypsum-based supersulfated cement.
