补中益气汤发酵制剂对肉鸡肠道环境和黏膜结构的影响 被引量:8

The Effect of Buzhongyiqi Mixed Fermenting Agent on the Intestinal Environment and Mucous Membrane Structure in Broilers

摘要 为探讨补中益气汤发酵制剂对肉鸡肠道主要菌群数量、酶活性、pH值及黏膜结构等的影响。试验选取300只健康状况良好的7日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为4组,分笼饲养。空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,中药对照组在基础日粮中添加1%未发酵中药,试验1组在基础日粮中添加0.5%发酵中药,试验2组在基础日粮中添加1%发酵中药。结果显示,补中益气汤发酵制剂能显著提高肉鸡肠道乳酸杆菌的数量,降低大肠杆菌的数量;显著提高肠道中淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性;降低肠道pH值;显著提高肠绒毛长度,降低隐窝深度和肠壁厚度。表明在肉鸡日粮中添加补中益气汤发酵制剂,能调节肠道菌群组成,增加肠道内源酶活性,调节肠道pH值,改善肠道形态结构。 In order to explore the effects of Buzhongyiqi Mixed Fermenting Agent on the number of main intestinal bacteria,enzyme activity,pH value and mucous membrane structure,300 healthy 7-day-old AA broilers were chosen and randomly divided into 4 groups which were separated in different cages.The blank control group was fed with basal diet,while Chinese medicine was added to other groups’diet.1%unfermented Chinese medicine was added to the diet of Chinese medicine control group,0.5%fermented Chinese medicine was added to test group 1,1%fermented Chinese medicine was added to test group 2.The results showed that the Buzhongyiqi Mixed Fermenting Agent can significantly increase the number of lactobacilli and the activity of amylase and protease,reduce the number of E.coli and the intestinal pH.It can significantly increase the intestinal villus length and reduce the crypt depth and thickness of the intestinal wall.The conclusion was that adding Buzhongyiqi decoction in the diet can regulate the composition of intestinal flora,can increase the activity of endogenous enzyme,regulate the pH value,improve the morphological structure of the intestine to maintain healthy growth of broilers.
