超滤膜处理白龟山水库水的试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental study on treatment of water in Baiguishan Reservoir by ultrafiltration membrane

摘要 根据白龟山水库水质特点,用三种不同材质的超滤膜对其进行处理,采用虹吸出水,实现装置无动力运行。试验结果表明:三种超滤膜对水库水都有较高的除浊率,SZ101、SZ102、SZ103出水浊度平均为0.036 NTU、0.024 NTU、0.046 NTU,平均去除率都在96%之上,去除效果明显优于传统净水厂出水浊度。三种膜出水亚硝酸盐浓度在0.33~0.46 mg/L,平均去除率在30%左右;对COD Mn去除率在50%左右;UV 254的平均去除率在35%左右;对水中微生物指标进行检测,去除效果明显,未检出微生物。 According to the water quality characteristics of Baiguishan Reservoir,three kinds of ultrafiltration membranes with different materials were used to treat the reservoir,and the siphon effluent was used to realize the non-power operation of the device.The experimental results show that the three ultrafiltration membranes have higher turbidity removal rate for reservoir water.The effluent turbidity of SZ101,SZ102 and SZ103 is 0.036 NTU,0.024 NTU and 0.046 NTU,and the average removal rate is above 96%.The removal effect is significantly better than the effluent turbidity of the traditional water purification plant.The nitrite concentration of the three membranes was between 0.33~0.46 mg/L,and the average removal rate was about 30%.The removal rate of COD Mn is about 50%,and the average removal rate of UV 254 is about 35%.The microbial indicators in the water were tested,the removal effect was obvious,and no microorganisms were detected.
