摘要
经济新常态背景下我国肉羊养殖产业的变革逻辑是通过从散养模式向规模化养殖转变,多维度提升产业质量以突破经济新常态瓶颈。散养模式逐渐退出,规模化养殖模式持续进入,肉羊养殖产业行业集中度呈现由低升高趋势。肉羊养殖产业的规模化发展具有促进我国肉羊产品供给质量、增强产业经济质量、带动产业优化升级的现实功能。在肉羊养殖产业模式转变中政府应明确职能、合理制定政策、严控准入机制及正确疏导散养模式退出。
Under the background of the new normal economy,the logic of the reform of mutton sheep farming industry in China is to change from free-range farming mode to large-scale farming,and to improve the quality of industry in multiple dimensions to break the bottleneck of the new normal economy.With the gradual withdrawal of free-range farming mode and the continuous entry of large-scale farming mode,the concentration of mutton sheep farming industry shows a trend of increasing from low to high.The large-scale development of mutton sheep breeding industry has the realistic functions of promoting the quality of mutton sheep products supply,enhancing the economic quality of the industry and promoting the optimization and upgrading the industry.In the transformation of sheep breeding industry model,the government should clarify its functions,formulate reasonable policies,strictly control the market access mechanism and correctly guide the withdrawal of free-range breeding model.
