摘要
党员是高校着重培养的优秀群体,其综合素质较高,在群体中的影响力较大。论文对党员毕业生就业满意度进行了分析,从发挥模范引领作用,正向引导学生就业;加强就业教育,创新党建活动内容;发挥临时党支部作用,加强就业教育实效性三个方面探究了党员就业帮扶模式。
Party members are excellent groups which are mainly trained in colleges and universities.They have high comprehensive quality and great influence in groups.This paper analyzes the employment satisfaction of Party members' graduates,and explores the employment assistance mode of Party members from three aspects:giving full play to the exemplary leading role,guiding students'employment positively;strengthening employment education,innovating the content of Party building activities;giving full play to the role of temporary Party branches and strengthening the effectiveness of employment education.
