甜荞麦壳的脂肪酸及醇溶物组成成分分析

摘要 试验以甜荞麦壳为研究对象,采用质谱分析方法对甜荞麦壳的脂肪酸及醇溶物组成成分进行分析。研究表明,甜荞麦壳中含有10种主要的脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸含量达到70.34%;其醇溶物中主要含有5种化合物,分别为山奈酚3-O-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷或山奈酚3-O-D-半乳糖苷C21H20O11、芦丁C27H30O16、山奈酚3-芸香苷C27H30O15、金丝桃苷C21H20O12、山奈酚C15H10O6,均为重要的黄酮类化合物,甜荞麦壳具有较高的利用价值。 In the paper, sweet buckwheat hull was taken as the raw material, and fatty acids and alcohols soluble substance in sweet buckwheat hull were analyzed by mass spectrometry analysis method. The results showed that, there were ten main fatty acid components in sweet buckwheat hull, and the content of unsaturated fatty acid was 70.34%;there were five main compounds in alcohols soluble substance, kaempferol 3-O-D-pyranoside or kaempferol 3-O-D-galactoside, rutin, kaempferol 3-rutin, hyperoside, kaempferol, which were all important flavones. In conclusion, the sweet buckwheat husk has high utilization value.
