摘要
新型复合材料挤油辊用非织造布是将特种纤维和自制粘合剂通过机械成网法和喷洒粘合法制作而成,其性能直接影响其使用效果。通过实验测定了该特种新型非织造布基本参数,包括玻璃化转变温度以及在各主要温度下的屈服极限和弹性模量,为下一阶段进行软件模拟奠定基础。实验结果表明:该新型非织造布的玻璃化转变温度为85.50℃,熔融温度为256.5℃;弹性模量约为(60~110)MPa,屈服强度约为12MPa且随着温度的升高逐渐减小;该新型非织造布能够满足使用要求。
A kind of non-woven fabric was used to new-type composite wringer rollswhich made by special fiber and adhesive through mechanical-laid and spray-bonded method,the performance have directly influenceon itsapplication effect.In this study,somemajor parameters of the special new non-wovenincluding the glass transition temperature and the yield limit and elastic modulus at different temperaturesweredetermined through experiments which lay the foundation for the software simulation.Experiments show that the glass transition temperature of the new kind of non-woven fabric is 85.50℃,the melting temperature is 256.5℃;the elastic modulus is about(60~110)MPa,the yield strength is about 12MPa and they decrease with the increase of temperature;Thenew non-woven fabric can meet the requirements.
