摘要
目的分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者的临床疗效及预后情况,并探讨影响其术后复发的相关因素。方法我院行经经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗的132例非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者,回顾性分析其临床病历资料,统计术后复发情况,并比较不同患者间临床资料的差异。结果本组患者术后随访2年,无复发总生存期为(22.04±1.26)月,随访结束后复发24例,复发率18.18%。临床分期高、多发肿瘤、低分化及再发为导致非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者术后再次复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗的非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者术后存在一定的复发性,而临床分期高、多发肿瘤、低分化及再发为导致非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者术后再次复发的独立危险因素。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects and prognosis of patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer treated by transurethral resection of bladder tumor,and to determine the related factors influencing recurrence.Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer treated by transurethral resection of bladder tumor in our hospital were included in the study.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed to statistically examine recurrence and compare the differences in clinical data among different patients.Resclts The 132 patients were followed up for 2 years.The total survival time without recurrence was(22.04±1.26)months.At the end of follow-up,24 cases were relapsed and the recurrence rate was 18.18%.High clinical stage,multiple tumors,poor differentiation and recurrence were independent risk factors for recurrence of the patients(P<0.05).Conclusion There are certain possibilities of recurrence after operation for patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer treated by transurethral resection of bladder tumor.High clinical stage,multiple tumors,poor differentiation and recurrence are independent risk factors for recurrence of the patients.
