基于弹塑性力学的厚壁钢板弯曲成形预测与试验验证 被引量:5

Prediction and experimental verification for bend forming behavior of heavy wall thickness steel plate based on elastic and plastic mechanics

摘要 为研究高钢级厚壁钢板弯曲成形弹塑性变形行为,基于高钢级管线钢X80板材拉伸变形行为,建立了以比例极限为分界的X80钢板弹塑性应力-应变模型。当应变ε不超过比例极限εp时,应力与应变呈比例关系,而当应变ε超过比例极限εp时,应力与应变呈幂函数关系。结合弯曲成形参数,推导出高钢级厚壁板材弯曲成形残余应变以及残余变形的理论预测模型,并进行了弯曲试验验证。结果表明:3组间距(2l=200、260及320 mm)3组下压量(d=10、20和30 mm)共9组验证试验测得的残余应变和残余变形与理论预测模型结果较为接近,平均相对误差分别为14%和9.3%,验证了厚壁钢板弯曲变形理论预测模型的准确性。 To study the elastic and plastic deformation behavior of high grade heavy wall thickness steel plate under the bending condi-tions,the stress-strain model bounded by the proportional limit of high grade pipe line steel plate X80 was established based on tensile de-formation behavior.When the strainεis no more than the proportional limitεp,the stress is linear with strain,or else,the stress and strain submittes a power function relationship.The theoretical models for predicting the residual strain and deformation of the high grade heavy wall thickness steel plate under bending deformation were derived,and the experimental tests were carried out to verify the model.The results show that the experimental results of residual strain and deformation are close to those of theoretical prediction model with 9 sets of verification test including 3 sets of gap(viz.,2l=200,260 and 320 mm)and 3 sets of bending deformation(viz.,d=10,20 and 30 mm),and the corresponding mean relative errors are 14%and 9.3%,respectively,which verifies the accuracy of theoretical pre-diction model of bending deformation of thick wall steel plate.
