摘要
探析古今医家运用“通法”治疗乳腺病。认为“郁滞”为乳腺病的基本病机,乳络不通为基本病理表现,通郁滞、通乳络为基本治则。将乳腺病的治法主要总结为理气通络、温阳通络、泄热通络、补虚通络等4个方面,为临床治疗乳腺病提供了广阔的思路。
This paper analyses the ancient and modern doctors using“dredging method”to treat mastosis.It is believed that the basic pathogenesis of mastosis lies in“stagnation”and the basic pathological manifestation consists in blockage of breast collaterals,thus the basic therapeutic principle is dredging stagnation and breast collaterals.The therapeutic method of mastosis is mainly summarized in 4 aspects,including regulating the flow of qi for dredging the collaterals,warming yang for dredging the collaterals,expelling the pathogenic heat for dredging the collaterals and restoring qi for dredging the collaterals,providing broad ideas for clinical treatment of mastosis.
