摘要
采用超高压液相色谱法,测定西洋参中主要人参皂苷含量,通过换算得到M-Rb1、M-Rc、M-Rb3、M-Rd含量,研究了西洋参不同部位中主要丙二酰基人参皂苷含量及分布规律。研究结果表明,西洋参芦中Ro含量显著高于主根和须根;须根中Rc、M-Rc含量显著高于其他部位。本研究首次明确了西洋参不同部位主要丙二酰基人参皂苷含量及分布规律,并创建了一种新的西洋参中丙二酰基人参皂苷含量测定方法,为西洋参合理开发利用提供理论依据。
To study the contents and distribution of malonyl-ginsenosides in different parts of American ginseng,ultrahigh pressure liquid chromatography was used to testthe levels of M-Rb1,M-Rc,M-Rb3 and M-Rd.Our data demonstrated that contents of Ro in rhizomeof American ginseng was significantly higher thanin taproot and lateral root.Content of Rc in Lateral root was significantly higher thanin other parts.This article clarifies the differences of malonyl-ginsenosidesinin different parts of American ginseng for the first time,and establishesa new method for the determination of malonyl-ginsenosides in American ginseng,which providetheoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of American ginseng.
