摘要
氨基酸分析是中草药成分分析的重要组成部分,色谱法是氨基酸分析最有效和最常用的方法,分析前预处理是确保分析结果准确无误的关键环节之一。本文对中草药中氨基酸的前处理及色谱方法进行了总结评述,着重介绍了氨基酸液相色谱分析法的衍生化和未衍生技术,比较了常用的柱前衍生剂,探讨了各自的优缺点,并对氨基酸的前处理和色谱分析方法的发展趋势进行了展望,为后期氨基酸分析工作提供了参考。
The amino acid analysis is an important part in Chinese herbal medicine composition analysis,and the chromatography technology is the most effective and the most commonly used approach for analyzing amino acids.The pre-treatment before analysis is one of the key factors to ensure an accurate analysis result.The pre-treatment and the chromatographic methods to amino acid analysis for Chinese herbal medicine were summarized and reviewed.The derivatization and underivatization techniques of amino acid liquid chromatography were introduced emphatically,the common pre-column derivatives were compared and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed.The development trend of pre-treatment and chromatography analysis of amino acids was prospected,which will provide a reference for amino acid analysis in the future.
