摘要
以企业家为逻辑起点,一个逻辑体系完整的事业战略理论需要回答企业的四个问题:“如何建立”“为何存在”“做什么”和“如何做”。研究发现,波特竞争战略由于存在建构情境、理论基础、哲学视角三个方面的局限性,无法对企业家事业战略实践面临的四个问题给出合理解释和有效指导。针对波特竞争战略的局限性,提出了立足中国情境,以企业家企业理论和管理认知理论为基础,从企业有机生命体的本体论、实证主义和建构主义相结合的认识论、政治经济社会责任的价值论视角出发的中国情境事业战略研究构想。
Taking entrepreneurs as the logical starting point,a business strategy theory with complete logical system needs to answer four questions about enterprise as“how to establish”,“why to exist”,“what to do”and“how to do”.We found that Porter’s competitive strategy can’t give a reasonable explanation and effective guidance for the four questions faced by the entrepreneurial business strategy practice,because of the three limitations of construction situation,theoretical basis and philosophical perspective.In response to Porter’s limitations,we put forward the construction idea,based on Chinese context,entrepreneur enterprise theory and management cognition theory,in view of the ontology of enterprise organic life body,the epistemology of the combination of positivism and constructivism,and the axiology of political economy and social responsibility.
