脑电双频谱指数与听觉诱发电位指数在麻醉深度量化评价中的对比研究 被引量:19

A comparative study of BIS index and AEP index in quantitative evaluation for the depth of anesthesia

摘要 目的:对比分析脑电双频谱指数(BIS)与听觉诱发电位(AEP)指数在麻醉深度量化评价中的应用价值。方法:回顾性选取126例手术麻醉患者,按随机数表法将其分为BIS组和AEP指数组,每组63例。对两组患者进行手术麻醉的靶控输注监测,观察术中血流动力学指标心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和术后恢复及并发症指标,比较两组麻醉指数和指标数据。结果:BIS和AEP指数与患者血流动力学指标关系密切,呈正相关(r>0.8),两组患者间比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.243,t=0.798,t=1.139;P>0.05);BIS和AEP指数与患者术后恢复指标关系密切,呈负相关(r<-0.8);两组患者术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(x^2=0.21,x^2=0.70,x^2=0.10;P>0.05)。结论:BIS和AEP指数在手术患者麻醉深度量化评价中准确性高,并分别在术中监测和术后恢复方面具有一定的临床应用优势。 Objective:To compare the application value of bispectral(BIS)index and auditory evoked potential(AEP)index in quantitative evaluation for the depth of anesthesia.Methods:126 patients who received surgical anesthesia in our hospital were retrospectively selected.They were divided into the BIS index group and the AEP index group according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were monitored by target-controlled infusion of surgical anesthesia.The intraoperative hemodynamic indicators including heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),postoperative recovery and complication were observed.Finally,the anesthesia index and the data of other indicators of two groups were compared.Results:BIS index and AEP index positively correlated with the hemodynamic indexes of patients,respectively,and these correlations were close(r>0.8).There were no significant differences between the two groups at the hemodynamic indexes(t=0.243,t=0.798,t=1.139,P>0.05).On the other hand,BIS index and AEP index has negative correlation with postoperative recovery(r<-0.8),respectively,and these relationships also were close.The difference of postoperative complication rates between the two groups were not significant(x^2=0.21,x^2=0.70,x^2=0.10,P>0.05).Conclusion:BIS index and AEP index have high accuracy in the quantitative evaluation for the depth of anesthesia of patients who receives surgery,and they have a certain advantages in clinical application of intraoperative monitoring and postoperative recovery.
