含逆变型分布式电源配电网的自适应保护方案研究

摘要 针对目前应用广泛的逆变型分布式电源(IIDG),分析了IIDG并网后对原配电网保护带来的影响。为克服其并网后的影响,对原有的保护公式进行了重新整定。通过检测负序、零序故障分量的有无进行故障类型判断;上游保护依据保护安装处电流、电压的正序分量关系进行整定;下游保护按躲过最大短路电流进行整定,形成一套适用于不同故障位置及故障类型完备的保护方案。最后基于PSCAD搭建10 kV含IIDG配电网模型,验证了改进后保护方案的可靠性。 For the current widely used inverter-interfaced distribute generator(IIDG),analyzing the impact of IIDG grid-connection on the original grid protection.In order to overcome the impact of IIDG grid-connection on the original protection,the adaptive protection setting formula is optimized.The fault type is judged by comparing the negative sequence and zero sequence fault components,the upstream of the protection is adjusted according to the positive sequence component relation of current and voltage at the protection installation,the downstream of the protection shall be adjusted according to the maximum ducted short circuit current.A set of protection scheme for different fault position and fault type is formed.Finally,a 10 kV distribution network model with IIDG is built based on PSCAD to verify the reliability of the improved protection scheme.
