摘要
在《苏州特别排放限值标准》要求下,苏州市某污水处理厂扩建及提标改造工程面临出水要求严格、深度处理兼顾现有处理设施出水的难题。针对这些问题,工艺设计采用"强化二级处理+深度处理"工艺。在多级AO的基础上,生化段通过不同功能区的优化组合,实现了强化去除COD和脱氮效果,尽可能将COD和TN的去除集中在生化段,降低了后续处理负荷。深度处理段采用"高密度沉淀池+反硝化滤池"组合工艺,确保出水水质稳定达标。
Expansion, upgrading and reconstruction project of a wastewater treatment plant in Suzhou under Suzhou Special Discharge Limit Standard encounters the following problems: the requirement of effluent quality is higher, and advanced treatment system should be included in the effluent of existing system. To solve these problems, secondary biochemical process and advanced treatment is adopted in the process design. The removal of COD and TN should be concentrated on biochemical treatment as much as possible by optimizing combination of different function areas on the basis of multiple anoxic and aerobic processes. At the same time, it decreases the subsequent biochemical treatment load. In advanced treatment process, high-density sedimentation tank and denitrification filter is adopted.
