单箱多室连续梁桥不平衡重称重试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以跨安居铁路桥主桥为工程背景,为保证桥梁转体施工时的安全性和稳定性,在桥梁转体前进行不平衡称重试验,测试顶力-位移曲线,确定转动体的不平衡力矩M G、转动体偏心距e、球铰摩阻力矩M Z及球铰摩擦系数μ等相关参数。试验结果表明:2个转动体的偏心距e均满足设计要求,不需要额外配重,转动体本身可克服不平衡力矩,大桥具备转体条件。主桥实际转体施工证明工程进行平稳、顺利,各项指标符合相关要求,表明称重试验结果合理。 Taking the main bridge of Anju Railway Bridge as the engineering background,in order to ensure the safety and stability of the cross-rail bridge built according to the flat-turn method,an unbalanced weighing test is carried out before the bridge is swiveled to determine the unbalanced torque M G,rotator eccentricity e,ball-hinged friction moment M Z,ball-hinged friction coefficientμ,and other related parameters.The test results show that the eccentricity e of the two rotating bodies meets the design requirements and it is qualified to swivel the bridge.During the actual swivel construction,the project is carried out steadily and smoothly,and all the indexes meet the relevant requirements,proving that the weighing test results are reasonable.
