摘要
为了查找和分析GA75型空压机油滤器对排气温度的影响,针对阿特拉斯GA75型空压机油滤器通过能力进行了试验,通过3种工况运行参数的对比,得出油滤器对排气温度影响的最终结论。并从空压机工作原理及内部流程出发,总结和分析了导致油滤器通过能力下降的主要原因,针对主要原因提出切实可行的合理化建议。
In order to find out and analyze the influence of GA75 air compressor oil filter on exhaust temperature,the passage capacity of Atlas GA75 air compressor oil filter was tested,and the final conclusion of the influence of oil filter on exhaust temperature was obtained by comparing the operating parameters of three working conditions.Starting from the working principle and internal process of air compressor,this paper summarizes and analyses the main reasons leading to the decline of oil filter passage capacity,and puts forward feasible and reasonable suggestions for the main reasons.
