摘要
目的:研究普瑞巴林联合皮内注射治疗急性带状疱疹性疼痛及带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月至2018年8月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院疼痛科住院治疗的急性带状疱疹性疼痛及带状疱疹后神经痛的195例患者,其中急性带状疱疹性疼痛患者68人,带状疱疹后神经痛患者127人,入院后全部接受口服普瑞巴林联合皮内注射等综合治疗方案,观察治疗前、及治疗后7d、14d、1个月、3个月的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及睡眠质量(quality of sleep,QS),综合分析治疗效果及观察不良反应发生。结果:经过普瑞巴林联合皮内注射后7d、14d、1个月、3个月,病人的VAS评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),睡眠质量明显改善(P<0.01),临床疗效显著,未发生明显不良反应。结论:口服普瑞巴林联合皮内注射综合治疗对急性带状疱疹性疼痛以及带状疱疹后神经痛均有显著临床疗效,且能明显改善患者睡眠质量,不良反应较少。值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of pregabalin combined with intradermal injection in the treatment of acute herpetic pain and postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of 195 patients with acute herpes zoster pain and postherpetic neuralgia hospitalized in the Pain Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2014 to August 2018.Among them,68 patients suffered from acute herpes zoster pain and 127 patients suffered from postherpetic neuralgia.After admission,all patients were treated with oral pregabalin combined with intradermal injection.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and quality of sleep(QS)were observed before treatment,7 days,14 days,1 month and 3 months after treatment.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were analyzed comprehensively.Results:The VAS score was significantly lower(P<0.01)and the quality of sleep was significantly improved(P<0.01)after 7 days,14 days,1 month and 3 months treatment.No serious adverse reactions was observed during the treatment.Conclusion:Oral prebahrain combined with intradermal injection has significant clinical effect on both acute herpetic pain and PHN,and can significantly improve the patients'sleep quality with less adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
