离子色谱法和气相色谱法测定水质中碘化物对比研究 被引量:8

摘要 离子色谱法和气相色谱法测定水质碘化物,相比常规化学法优势明显。本文分别采用离子色谱法和气相色谱法对碘化物试样进行平行检测和对比分析。实验结果显示:两种方法均具有测试过程稳定性好、测值范围广、结果精度高、试样损耗少、抗干扰能力强等特点。相比于气相色谱检测法,离子色谱法精密度和准确度更高,前处理操作更加简便且碘无损耗。而气相色谱法比离子色谱法检测更加快速。 Ion chromatography and gas chromatography have obvious advantages over conventional chemical methods in the determination of iodide.In this paper,ion chromatography and gas chromatography are respectively used for parallel detection and analysis of iodide samples.The experimental results show that the two methods have the characteristics of good stability in the test process,wide range of measured values,high accuracy of results,less sample loss,strong anti-interference ability,etc.Compared with gas chromatography,ion chromatography has higher accuracy and accuracy,and the pretreatment operation is simpler and without iodine loss.However,gas chromatography is faster than ion chromatography.
