摘要
运用系统文献综述法,本文对2018年12月31日前公开发表的有关中国场景下的公共服务动机研究的66个中文文献以及25个英文文献进行系统分析。研究结果表明中国场景下的公共服务动机研究虽然起步较晚,但发展迅速。不过,大部分中国场景下的研究中的核心概念及分析框架基本上囿于西方理论,而根植于中国传统文化和制度方面的深入理论分析以及基于现实重大场景的高质量实证研究则相对不足。基于此,本文呼吁中国场景下的公共服务动机研究应立足于新时代全面深化改革背景下的中国具体重大现实场景,开展更高质量的理论和实证研究,以期在公共服务动机理论、公共部门组织与人事管理相关领域的知识体系中贡献中国智慧。
!Using a systematic review methodology,this paper analyzed the 66 Chinese studies and 25 English studies related to public service motivation in Chinese context which was prior to December 31,2018.The results demonstrated the study is upsurging although it is some late.Moreover,the key constructs and the analytical frameworks in most of the extant studies are limited to the western theory.It's lack of comprehensive theoretical analysis rooted in Chinese traditional culture and institution.Also the quality studies based on the current ongoing great practices are scarce?Concerned the above,it's urgent to call for more rigorously theoretical and empirical research closely based on given Chinese great contexts under the comprehensive and deep reforming in new era.It's expected that Chinese wisdom would contribute more to the knowledge system in the theory of public service motivation,public organization and personnel management.
