摘要
基于小振幅震荡剪切测试原理,采用新型试验方法研究了不同复配合比例的硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐水泥混合体系浆液黏度时变特性和凝结变形特性,同时结合SEM、XRD对不同龄期下的水泥石微观特性进行分析。结果表明,硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐复配水泥体系水化过程中出现相互促进和水化叠加效应,水泥水化和凝结速度加快。水泥浆液储能模量存在有明显诱导期、加速期和稳定期,呈现出“S”型变化趋势,且水泥水化进入稳定期时存在结构突变现象。通过探究硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐复配水泥浆液水化过程和流变特性,为复配水泥浆液在实际工程中的应用提供理论支撑。
Based on the principle of small amplitude vibration shear test,a new test method was used to study the time-varying characteristics and the condensation deformation characteristics of the slurry viscosity of the silicate-aluminate cement mixed system with different proportions.At the same time,the microscopic characteristics of the cement stone under different ages were analyzed with SEM and XRD.The results show that the hydration process of silicate sulphoaluminate composite cement system appear mutual promotion and hydration superposition effect,and the hydration and condensation rate of cement accelerate.The storage modulus of cement slurry has obvious induction period,acceleration period and stable period,showing a"S"change trend,and there is a structural mutation phenomenon when cement hydration enters the stable period.Through exploring the hydration process and rheological characteristics of silicate sulphoaluminate cement slurry,it provides theoretical support for the application of composite cement slurry in practical engineering.
