摘要
采用KH550硅烷偶联剂对玄武岩纤维进行表面改性,考察改性玄武岩纤维作为非石棉密封垫片部分纤维对非石棉密封垫片物理性能的影响。微观分析及对垫片物理性能的测试表明,通过KH550对玄武岩纤维改性,在纤维表面出现Si-O-Si键,KH550为0.75%时,纤维改性较优;在抄取垫片过程中加入改性玄武岩纤维,垫片拉伸强度明显提高;加入质量分数0.25%~2%的KH550处理的纤维时,非石棉垫片的物理性能均能满足一般垫片的要求。
KH550 Silane coupling agent was used to modify the surface of basalt fibers,and the effect of modified basalt fibers as non-asbestos gasket part of the fiber on the physical properties of non-asbestos gaskets was investigated.Microscopic analysis and testing of physical properties of gaskets show that Si-O-Si bond appears on the surface of basalt fibers after modification by KH550.When the concentration of KH550 is 0.75%,the modification of basalt fibers is better;when the modified basalt fibers are added in the process of gaskets copying,the tensile strength of gaskets is obviously improved;when the concentration of KH550 is 0.25%-2%,the physical properties of non-asbestos gaskets are improved.The performance can meet the requirements of general gaskets.
