摘要
以硅藻土为载体,钛酸四丁酯(TBT)为钛源,采用无水CaCl2作为无机盐阻隔分散剂,在乙醇溶剂中,使TBT在硅藻土表面发生水解反应,制备纳米TiO2/硅藻土复合光催化材料,探究无机盐用量和煅烧温度对复合材料光催化性能的影响。结果表明:最佳试验条件为TBT与CaCl2质量比1∶1.25,煅烧温度为450℃,光照60 min时对亚甲基蓝的脱色率为37.2%,降解速率未见放缓趋势,在延长时间条件下能使亚甲基蓝有效降解脱色。
The nano-sized TiO2/diatomite composite was prepared by using diatomite as carrier and tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source.In the ethanol solvent,CaCl2 was used as an inorganic salt barrier and dispersant,and tetrabutyl titanate was hydrolyzed on the surface of diatomite to synthesize the composite.The effects of the amount of calcium chloride and the calcination temperature was investigated.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions for photocatalytic composite materials were as follows:The mass ratio of TBT and diatomite was 1∶1.25,and the calcination temperature was 450℃.The decolouring ratio of nano-meter TiO2/diatomite on methylene blue reached 37.2%in 60 min under light.
