摘要
采用GIS空间分析法研究沈阳市公共体育设施空间分布的现状,目的是找出沈阳市公共体育设施空间规划方面存在的问题,并有针对性地提出优化整合策略。研究结果表明:沈阳市公共体育设施空间结构不均衡,城市公共体育设施便利性缺失、城市体育空间不能激发居民消费需求、城市体育空间规划供给缺乏合理性。科学规划策略是:以层次性、便捷性、公平性、可持续性为优化整合原则,将城市体育中心地、游憩商业区、居住区、城市公园和滨水区与城市公共体育设施结合进行建设、改造;分时开放机关院校体育设施,增加机关院校体育设施向居民开放的力度,充分利用闲置设施和场地等资源,改造成居民常用的运动设施;因地制宜建设居民喜爱的、容易操作的健身场地设施,努力实现每个社区和乡镇都有适宜的健身场所。
In this paper,the present situation of spatial distribution of public sports facilities in Shenyang was studied by using GIS spatial analysis method.The purpose is to find out the problems in the spatial planning of public sports facilities in Shenyang,and put forward the optimization and integration strategy.The results show that the spatial structure of public sports facilities in Shenyang is unbalanced;the convenience of urban public sports facilities is absent;the urban sports space can not stimulate the consumption demand of residents;the planning and supply of urban sports space is unreasonable.The scientific planning strategy is to combine the urban sports center,recreational business district,residential area,urban park and waterfront with the urban public sports facilities in accordance with the principles of hierarchy,convenience,fairness and sustainability;to open the sports facilities of government institutions and colleges on a time-sharing basis and increase the opening of sports facilities in institutions and colleges to residents;to make full use of idle facilities and venues and other resources and transform them into sports facilities commonly used by residents;to build fitness venues and facilities that residents like and easy to operate,and strive to realize that every community and township has suitable fitness venues.
