含辣素衍生物的疏水缔合聚合物的合成及其耐温耐盐抑菌性能研究 被引量:1

Synthesis of Hydrophobically Associating Polymers Containing Capsaicin Functional Monomers and Their Resistance to Temperature, Salt and Bacteria

摘要 针对现有疏水缔合聚合物耐温、耐盐性能较差,易被微生物降解等弱势,本文合成了具有抑菌性能的辣素功能单体(AMTHBA),并将其引入疏水缔合聚合物(PASDMH-3)中。探究了不同离子(Na^+,Mg ^2+,Ca ^2+)对PASDMH-3表观粘度的影响,以及PASDMH-3的耐温和抑菌性能。结果表明,其具有较好的耐盐性和耐温性:当Na^+,Mg ^2+,Ca ^2+浓度为0.6 g/dL时,PASDMH-3溶液的粘度保留率分别为41.7%,23.8%和20.4%;在90℃条件下,PASDMH-3的粘度保留率能够达到44.6%;同时该物质也具有较强的抑菌性:PASDMH-3浓度为0.1 g/dL时对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率分别为73.1%和80.6%。因此辣素功能单体的引入因其刚性基团及功能基团的存在,能够有效提高聚合物的耐温、耐盐及抑菌性能。 To solve the problems of poor temperature resistance,salt tolerance and bacteriostatic performance of hydrophobic associative polymers,capsaicin functional monomer(AMTHBA)with bacteriostatic performance was synthesized,and then was introduced into hydrophobic associative polymers in this paper(PASDMH-3).The effects of different inorganic ions(Na^+,Mg^2+,Ca^2+)on the apparent viscosity of PASDMH-3 were investigated.The temperature resistance and bacteriostatic properties of the PASDMH-3 were tested.The results showed it had good salt resistance and temperature resistance.When the concentrations of Na^+,Mg^2+,Ca^2+were 0.6 g/dL,the retention rates of PASDMH-3 solution were 41.7%,23.8%and 20.4%,respectively.And the viscosity retention of PASDMH-3 was 44.6%at 90℃.Meanwhile,it also exhibited strong bacteriostatic performances,the inhibition rates of Escherichia coli and S.Aureus were 73.1%and 80.6%when the concentration of PASDMH-3 was 0.1 g/dL.Therefore,the introduction of the capsaicin functional monomer can effectively improve the temperature resistance,salt tolerance and bacteriostatic property of the polymer due to the existence of rigid groups and functional groups.
