摘要
为分析烟草叶数和叶面积性状的遗传规律,以亲本组合"台烟七号"×TI245构建F1和F2群体为试验材料,基于该群体构建了包含62个SSR标记的遗传连锁图谱,覆盖17个连锁群,总长度为1 329.5 cM;采用复合区间作图法对三个发育时期测定的叶数和叶面积进行检测,共检测到3个叶数动态QTL,可解释8.57%~13.12%的表型变异,检测到4个叶面积动态QTL,可解释0.86%~29.12%的表型变异。5号连锁群上共检测到了3个与标记M100紧密连锁的QTL,包括一个叶数QTL(q-ln0706-1)和两个叶面积QTL(q-la06-21-1和q-la0723-1),这个标记可以优先考虑对产量性状进行分子标记辅助选择。
To analyze the genetic law of leaf number and leaf area traits in tobacco,F1 and F2 populations were constructed from a cross between"Taiyan-7"and TI245.Based on this population,a genetic linkage map containing62 SSR markers was constructed,covering 17 linkage groups with a total length of 1 329.5 cM.Three QTLs of leaf number and four QTLs of leaf area were detected with composite interval mapping.The phenotypic variance explained of leaf number was ranges from 8.57%to 13.12%,which of leaf area was ranged from 0.86%to 29.12%.Three QTL closely linked to marker M100 on the fifth chromosome,including one QTLs(q-ln0706-1)of leaf number and two QTLs(q-la0621-1 and q-la0723-1)of leaf area,this marker can give priority to molecular marker-assisted selection of yield traits.
