右肝巨大纤维瘤一例并文献复习 被引量：1

Giant right hepatic benign fibroma:a case report and literature review

摘要 患者男性,46岁,因"腰背部疼痛2天"于2018年2月23日在南昌大学第一附属医院入院治疗。入院时查体:腹部外形稍膨隆,疼痛位于右上腹,右肋缘下可触及质硬包块。完善CT检查提示肝脏右叶巨大肿瘤,考虑间叶性肿瘤,同时可见下腔静脉明显受挤压。随后行扩大右半肝及尾状叶切除术,术中可见巨大肝脏肿块占据腹腔,大小约17 cm×16 cm×16 cm,重4100g,质地韧,与周围正常肝组织分界明显。术后病理结果提示:肝纤维瘤。患者随访3个月无复发。
